Brown Bag Luncheon

Join us for an informative Brownbag Luncheon discussion featuring Stacey Triplett, the Team Leader for Metro's multi-disciplinary Nature in Neighborhoods initiative, the Metro Council's long-term effort that supports various methods to conserve and restore nature throughout the urban area.
The initiative aligns existing and new conservation efforts made by private non-profits, governments and property owners around the following areas:
· Habitat-friendly development practices
· Restoration and enhancement efforts (including grants)
· Ecosystem monitoring and reporting (including interactive

· Natural area acquisition (including funding local jurisdictions and grants)
· Implementation of Metro's Urban Growth Management Functional Plan, Title 13.
