This is Portland's largest half-marathon and the 14th year as a major fundraiser for Albertina Kerr Centers and the Boys and Girls Air Society of Oregon. All volunteers receive a t-shirt, food and a coupon for a Chipotle burrito -- plus a great feeling for helping raise money for Oregon's kids!

Portland Peak Oil presents: Create a 72-hour emergency kit

The American Red Cross will conduct an Emergency Preparedness Workshop. Participants will learn how to prepare a kit to help them during the first 72 hours after a local or regional disaster. Bring a pen and questions for discussion and activity afterwards! Free and open to the public.
