Over five hours of interviews and forest footage were recorded. A tightly-edited, 29 minute video called "truth & lies of the biscuit fire" is the result, with the electronic music of Ashland artist, Random Rab, as its soundtrack. Also, videos of the Direct Actions that have been happening at the Fiddler Timber Sale during March and April. This collection will include the highly inspiring All Women's Blockade. Like all PDX Indymedia Video Collective event, admission is FREE.
Videos from the Resistance
Sunday, May 29, 7:00pm
It's a Beautiful Pizza on SE 34th & Belmont
You never know precisely what you'll see. Pickle-making. Queer revolutionaries. Street eye views of peaceful protests that corporate news reports as riots. It's imperfect. Always free. It's people reporting their own news and their own views because they want to and because they can. Come see Videos from the Resistance and witness how beautiful that can be. (Did we mention that it's free?)
