The Socialist Party of Oregon Platform is available here as a number of sections. Links to each are in the tables of contents at left.

History: This document began as the SPUSA Platform current at the time; it began to be modified toward an actually usable document (the SPUSA Platform cites goals, but not implementation mechanisms, which is the distinguishing factor when comparing political parties). Updates since then have been few and sporadic, so the platform here is almost exactly the one from 2001.

A new version is "in the works", and has been for quite some time... The disasters of the moment (which mostly descend not from natural disasters but from man-made ones handed down by the state and federal legislatures) are the things that have been taking up the time and energy of the membership, such that a revised Platform just never seems to get quite finished. Hopefully, that will change in the coming months...
